The E33T5 challenges other convection ovens to step up their games. While it has the same basic quality construction like all Moffat products, it has some incredibly unique features. The exterior is a sturdy stainless steel and the oven chamber is porcelain enameled, allowing for easy cleaning. A pendulum door handle latches on the Safe-Touch side-hinged door. It has a capacity of five half-size sheet pans or five 12” by 20” steam pans, as well as the ability to select the level of moisture injection into the oven’s chamber. A touch screen display allows for manual control of temperature and time, and offers an icon-driven program with recipe operating modes. You can control individual shelf operating modes, as well as multiple stages of cooking. A USB port is available for recipe file uploads and downloads. Also featured are standard dual halogen lamps and a dual speed fan.
