The E31D4/2C is a 31-7/8" wide, electric, double stacked half-size Turbofan convection oven from Moffat on a castor base stand. There is a (4) half-size sheet pan capacity for each oven. There is a hinged field reversible twin pane glass door with a Stay-Cool door handle.
The exterior and castor base stand are all stainless steel. There is a electronic thermostat and the temperature range on each oven is between 150 - 500 degrees fahrenheit and each has digital display time and temperature controls. The oven has a single direction low-velocity fan system and a porcelain enameled oven chamber on each oven.
The E31D4/2C is an electric unit and each oven operates at either 208 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 13.9 Amps for 2,900 Watts or 220-240 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 12.9 Amps for 3,100 Watts and fitted with a NEMA 6-15P plug cordset. Includes stacking kit.
