The E33D5/2C is a 24" wide, electric, double stacked half-size Turbofan convection oven from Moffat on a castor base stand. There is a (5) half-size sheet pan capacity for each oven. There is a Safe-Touch vented side hinged door and it has dual halogen oven lamps.
The exterior and castor base stand are all stainless steel. There is a electronic thermostat and the temperature range on each oven is between 140 - 500 degrees fahrenheit and each has digital display time and temperature controls. The double stacked half-size Turbofan convection oven has a 2 speed bi-directional reversing fan system and a porcelain enameled oven chamber on each oven.
The E33D5/2C is an electric unit and each oven operates at either 208 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 27.8 Amps for 5,800 Watts or 220-240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 25 Amps for 6,000 Watts and no cordset is supplied.
