The E32T5/2C is a 28-7/8" wide, electric, double stacked full-size Turbofan convection oven on a castor base stand from Moffat with touch screen control and dual halogen lamps in each oven. There is a (5) full-size sheet pan capacity for each oven.
The exterior and castor base stand are all stainless steel. The temperature range is between 140 - 500 degrees fahrenheit and there are up to 5 cooking stages available. It also features a 2 speed bi-directional reversing fan system and a porcelain enameled oven chamber.
The E32T5/2C is an electric unit and each oven operates at either 208 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 28 Amps for 5,800 Watts or 220-240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 27 Amps for 6,500 Watts. Does not include cordset.
