The Moffat Turbofan E23M3 24" Turbofan Electric Convection Oven is a bi-directional, reversing fan system, controlled by a mechanical thermostat that has a range of 150°F to 500°F, with a 15 amp plug-in cord set. It has a built-in 60 minute bake timer with alarm to alert you when items are done cooking. It is equipped with 2.8 kilowatts of heating power and a three half-size pan capacity. A halogen oven lamp makes it easy to check on your food. The porcelain enameled oven chamber is surrounded by a plug-in continuous oven door seal. With an easy to clean Safe-Touch vented drop down door, along with its heavy-duty door hinges and Stay-Cool door handle, the E23M3 stays in place with anti-skid, adjustable stainless steel feet.
The E23M3 Turbofan convection oven runs on 208 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1 phase and 13 Amps for 2,700 Watts or 220-240 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1 phase and 12 Amps for 3,000 Watts. Equipped with cordset and a NEMA 6-15P plug.
The convection oven is ETL listed for the United States and Canada, and NSF listed.
