The True TSSU-48-08-HC 48 3/8" Two Door Sandwich / Salad Prep Refrigerator is perfect for preparing salads, sandwiches and other meals too. The refrigeration system is factory engineered and uses environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant which has zero ozone depletion potential and three global warming potential. The energy structured, factory balanced refrigeration system with conducted airflow supplies great temperature in food pans and the interior of the cabinet.

This unit features four, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves and four chrome plated shelf clips which are added per shelf. The cutting board is 11 3/4" deep which is full length and can be removed. The 2 doors are fitted with 12" long recessed handle which is foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock to guarantee permanent attachment. The TSSU-48-08-HC comes with (8) pans.
