The True TFP-48-18M-D-2 is a 48-1/8" wide, two-section stainless steel sandwich/salad food prep table with one door on the left and two drawers on the right. Each drawer is capable of fitting one full size food pan (12-inch length by 20-inch width by 6-inch depth) or other combinations of separately available smaller pans. The door section has two adjustable heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves.
There are 2.5" diameter castors on this food prep table with locks provided on front set and has a stainless steel insulated cover, an 8" deep, 1/2" thick, full length removable cutting board. This food prep table also includes (18) 1/6 size, clear polycarbonate NSF approved food pans (6-7/8-inches length by 6-1/4-inch width by 4-inch depth) in the countertop prep area.
The cabinet structure has foamed-in-place high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP).
The forced-air refrigeration design on this food prep table holds product at temperatures from 33º to 41º fahrenheit in food pans and the cabinet interior. The self-contained refrigeration uses environmentally friendly CFC free 134A refrigerant.
