The True TFP-48-18M is a 48-1/8" wide, two-section stainless steel sandwich/salad food prep table with a stainless steel insulated cover and an 8" deep, 1/2" thick, full length removable cutting board. This food prep table includes 18 (1/6 size) 6-7/8" L x 6-1/4" W x 4" deep, clear polycarbonate food pans that are NSF approved.
Sturdy stainless steel is used for the ends, top and front. The interior is NSF approved and has a clear coated aluminum liner and features four adjustable heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves. There are 2.5" diameter castors with locks provided on front set.
The cabinet structure has foamed-in-place high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP). The self-contained refrigeration uses environmentally friendly 134A refrigerant.
The True TFP-48-18M is an electric unit that runs on 115 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 2.9 Amps for 1/5 HP. Includes a 7-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
