The stainless steel insulated sandwich/salad food prep table includes 18 (1/6 size) 6-7/8" L x 6-1/4" W x 4" deep, clear polycarbonate food pans that are NSF approved.
Sturdy stainless steel is used for the front, top and ends and floor while coated steel is used for the back and interior. The self-contained refrigeration on this stainless steel insulated sandwich/salad food prep table uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant which has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP). This stainless steel insulated sandwich/salad food prep table features 5" diameter stem castors, two doors, and four adjustable heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves. The mega top is great for extra space when preparing sandwiches and salads and then plating them.
The entire cabinet structure on this stainless steel insulated sandwich/salad food prep table has foamed-in-place high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP).
