This unit is factory engineered and uses R290 Hydrocarbon Refrigerant which has zero ozone depletion potential and three global warming potential. This sandwich / salad prep refrigerator is energy structured and has a factory balanced refrigeration with conducted airflow which supplies great temperature in food pans and the interior of the cabinet.

The True TSSU-27-12M-C-HC has a closed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and bigger fan blades which give True sandwich and salad units a more structured, low rate, high grade airflow style. The mega top is extra space which is great for preparing sandwiches and salads.
