This unit is factory engineered and uses environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon Refrigerant which has zero ozone depletion potential and three global warming potential. The TSSU-27-08D-2-HC is energy structured and has a factory balanced refrigeration system with conducted airflow which supplies great temperature in food pans and the interior of the cabinet.

The True TSSU-27-08D-2-HC has a closed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and bigger fan blades which give True sandwich/salad units a more structured, low speed, high capacity airflow style. This sandwich and salad food prep refrigerator has two drawers which are shaped with 12" long recessed handle which is foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock to guarantee lasting attachment. This unit has (2) drawers and (8) 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans.
