The TSSU-27-12M-B-HC 27 5/8" Mega Top Sandwich / Salad Prep Table is great for prepping sandwiches, salads and other meals. This unit's refrigeration system is factory engineered, and uses environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant which has zero ozone depletion potential and three global warming potential. This sandwich / salad prep table is energy efficient, factory balanced refrigeration system with guided air flow supplies great temperature in food pans and the interior of the cabinet.

The TSSU-27-12M-B-HC has a closed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and bigger fan blades which give True's sandwich and salad units a more structured, low speed, high volume air style. This unit features 5" diameter stem casters and locks are supplied on front set and a 36" work surface height.
