The Scotsman CU50PA-1 - 65 LB Self-Contained Undercounter Ice Machine produces more ice and uses less energy than other models of gourmet ice machine. With 65 lb. of ice production per day and 26 lb. of storage capacity, there will never be an ice shortage, even on the busiest of days. This model of undercounter ice machine contains an easy to use control panel that alerts whether the power is on our off, when it needs to be refilled with water, and when it needs to be cleaned. The ice machine also comes equipped with a water quality sensor that detects when there are hard water conditions present and triggers the control system to purge the water of unwanted minerals to produce the best tasting ice possible. The Scotsman CU50PA-1 is a perfect 15" in width, so it can fit in that tight spot under your counter to save space. It can even go in the outdoor bar, since it is UL approved for outdoor applications.
