This ice machine makes AM Top Hat style gourmet full-cube ice that are individual, solid, clear, round-shaped cubes. The Hoshizaki AM Gourmet / Top Hat cube is approximately 1" high and 7/8" diameter, perfect for everything from fountain beverages to blended drinks.
