The EMSCB-48 is a 48" wide, medium-duty gas charbroiler from Empura with cool touch chrome knob controls.
The charbroiler is fully welded stainless steel and aluminized steel and it has cast iron reversible grates. The unit stands firmly on heavy-duty 6" legs with adjustable height bullet feet.
The EMSCB-48 gas charbroiler runs at 112,000 BTU/hr and operates with Natural Gas and includes a Liquid Propane conversion kit with a regulator. There is a 3/4" NPT gas connection on this charbroiler.
This charbroiler is ETL listed for the United States and Canada and it is ETL Sanitation certified.
