The EMSCB-36 is a 36" wide, medium-duty gas charbroiler from Empura with cool-touch chrome knob controls.
The charbroiler is fully welded stainless steel and aluminized steel and it has cast iron reversible grates. The unit stands firmly on heavy-duty 6" legs with adjustable height bullet feet.
The EMSCB-36 gas charbroiler runs at 84,000 BTU/hr and operates with Natural Gas and includes a Liquid Propane conversion kit with a regulator. There is a 3/4" NPT gas connection on this charbroiler.
This charbroiler is ETL listed for the United States and Canada and it is ETL Sanitation certified.
