The E-ECTC-48/NG is a 48" wide, Black Diamond countertop radiant heat charbroiler from Empura with (4) manual stainless steel burner controls.
The charbroiler has a fully welded stainless steel front bullnose design, stainless steel backsplash and galvanized sides. There are reversible and height adjustable cast iron grates on this charbroiler and the unit stands firmly on adjustable legs.
The E-ECTC-48/NG gas charbroiler runs at 120,000 BTU/hr (30,000 BTU per burner) and operates with Natural Gas and it comes with tips for field conversion to LPG. There is a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection on this charbroiler.
The Black Diamond charbroiler is ETL listed for the United States and Canada, and it is ETL Sanitation certified.
