The sandwich/salad food prep refrigerator includes 24 (1/6 size) 6-7/8" long x 6-1/4" wide x 4" deep, clear polycarbonate food pans that are NSF approved.
Sturdy stainless steel is used for the front, ends, top and floor while the back is made of coated steel and the interior is made of aluminum. This food prep refrigerator has 2 doors, 4 adjustable heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves, and 5-inch diameter stem castors. The self-contained refrigeration uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
The entire cabinet structure has foamed-in-place high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP).
