The Empura E-KSP60M is a Mega Top stainless steel 2 door, 24 pan salad/sandwich prep table that comes with 1/6 x 4" deep pans included (can accommodate 6” pans that are not included). There is a PE cutting board on this prep table that is 61.14" wide x 9" deep x .55" high.
The Mega Top prep table features added depth to allow for extra rows of pans.
There is foam insulation on this prep table and it features an electronic thermostat that provides accurate control and a digital LED temperature display that is easy to read.
The prep table has a 430 stainless steel top, front and sides with an aluminum back panel and galvanized bottom. The interior of this prep table features a 304 stainless steel floor, ABS sides and door backs. The units come with 2.5" casters (two lockable in front) that are easy to mount.
The E-KSP60M Mega Top salad/sandwich prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system that maintains temperatures between 33 to 41 degrees F and it operates with environmentally-friendly CFC free R134a refrigerant. This salad/sandwich prep table runs at 115 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 7.5 Amps for 1/2 HP and it includes an 8 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
This salad/sandwich prep table is UL listed for the United States and Canada, and it is UL EPH classified.
