The True TSSU-36-12M-B-HC 36 3/8" Mega Top 2 Door Sandwich / Salad Prep Refrigerator is perfect for preparing multiple sandwiches, salads and other meals too. The refrigeration system is factory engineered and uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant which has zero ozone depletion potential and three global warming potential. The energy structured, factory balanced refrigeration system with conducted airflow supplies great temperature in food pans and the interior of the cabinet.

This unit features four adaptable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves and four chrome plated shelf clips which are added per shelf. The cutting board is 8 7/8" deep which is full length and can be removed. The evaporator is epoxy coated which removes the possibility of corrosion.
