The True TFP-32-12M Single Door Refrigerated Salad / Sandwich Prep Table is great for preparing salads, sandwiches and other meals too. The refrigeration system for this prep table is factory engineered and uses environmentally friendly CFC free 134A refrigerant. The whole forced-air style holds 33ºF to 41ºF product temperature in food pans and the interior of the cabinet. The TFP-32-12M featured a high regulation evaporator fan motor and bigger fan blades which give True Food Prep units a more structured, low speed, high capacity airflow style.
This unit features two adaptable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves and four chrome plated shelf clips which are added per shelf. The cutting board is 8" deep which is full length and can be removed. The TFP-32-12M comes with 12 pans as well.
