The True TFP-72-30M-D-4 is a 72-1/8" wide, three-section stainless steel sandwich/salad food prep table with a stainless steel insulated cover and an 8" deep, 1/2" thick, full-length removable cutting board. The three-section stainless steel sandwich/salad food prep table includes 30 (1/6 size) 6-7/8" long x 6-1/4" wide x 4" deep, clear polycarbonate food pans that are NSF approved.
Stainless steel is used for the front, top, and ends while the interior is made of a clear coated aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor. This food prep refrigerator features one door, four center drawers, 4 adjustable heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves, and 2.5" diameter casters with locks provided on front set. The self-contained refrigeration uses environmentally friendly 134A refrigerant.
The entire cabinet structure has foamed-in-place high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP).
