The True TFP-72-30M is a 72-1/8" wide, three-section stainless steel sandwich/salad food prep table with a stainless steel insulated cover and an 8" deep, 1/2" thick, full length removable cutting board. The three-section stainless steel sandwich/salad food prep table includes 30 (1/6 size) 6-7/8" long x 6-1/4" wide x 4" deep, clear polycarbonate food pans that are NSF approved.
The front, sides, and floor are made from a sturdy stainless steel while coated steel is used for the back. The interior is is made of NSF approved, clear coated aluminum liner while the floor is made of stainless steel with coved corners. This sandwich/salad food prep table has six adjustable heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves and 2.5" diameter castors with locks provided on front set. The self-contained refrigeration on this three-section stainless steel sandwich/salad food prep table uses environmentally friendly 134A refrigerant.
The entire cabinet structure has foamed-in-place high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP).
