The EV960725 ESO 7 from Everpure is a unique 3-stage blending cartridge which supplies softened, buffered and filtered water. The ESO 7 cartridge uses ion exchange resin with buffering capabilities and high capacity coconut carbon filtration. The ESO 7 reduces hardness in water which can cause minerals to buildup in coffee and espresso equipment.
The 3-stage blending cartridge reduces minerals such as calcium and magnesium. It also reduces chlorine, off tastes and odors.
