The EV960710 from Everpure is a unique 3-stage blending cartridge which supplies softened, buffered and filtered water. The ESO 6 cartridge uses ion exchange resin with buffering capabilities and high capacity coconut carbon filtration. This cartridge lowers hardness in water which can cause minerals to buildup in coffee and espresso equipment.
