The Empura E-GR-6024GB/NG is a 60" wide gas range with an elevated griddle with (6) 12" x 12" 30,000 BTU top burners, a 24" wide x 21" deep, 3/4" thick griddle cook top and adjustable built in broiler rack (elevated 8 1/4"), and (2) standard ovens. The gas range/griddle combo includes a 24 3/4" high stainless steel backriser with a stainless steel shelf and a 5" front ledge that provides plenty of working space.
The gas range/griddle combo has a stainless steel front with aluminized sides, removable cast iron top grates, and individual pilot lights and controls. The oven has a 150 to 550 degree F temperature range.
There is a removable crumb tray on this gas range/griddle combo and the unit stands firmly on 6" adjustable legs.
