The Ice-O-Matic GEM0450A Air Cooled Pearl Ice Machine produces 464 lbs of pear ice per day. Pearl ice is soft, chewable ice crystals and it cools beverages faster and longer while maintaining flavors better. This ice machine has a water sensor which eliminates low or no water failures and can't be affected by harmful water conditions. The GEM0450A has a System Safe load monitoring system which constantly checks workload on gearbox and shutting down system before a problem occurs and preventing costly repairs.
