The Hoshizaki KM-901MRJ is a remote air cooled ice machine that produces up to 904 pounds of crescent ice cubes per day. A remote-cooled ice machine offers many benefits to the ice machine owner. The external condenser unit (purchased separately) can be placed outside or on the roof of your building, which will do away with the heat and noise produced by it if it were to operate indoors. This configuration also provides a more suitable environment for the condenser to operate.
The KM-901MRJ measures 30 inches wide - the standard width of most ice machines. Hoshizaki ice machines like the KM-901MRJ are equipped with a few unique features that allow them to stand out from the competition. The EverCheck System monitors the ice machine's performance, alerting users audibly when the ice machine experiences problems or issues. The CycleSaver Design allows more ice to be produced in less time.
With the Hoshizaki KM-901MRJ, you will have an adequate amount of ice to run a small to midsized bar or restaurant, and the perfect ice for use in mixed drinks and soft drinks. The Hoshizaki KM-901MRJ can be mounted on eight different Hoshizaki ice bins allowing for more options regarding your ice storage (some bins require an adapter plate kit). The Hoshizaki KM-901MRJ also features a stainless steel evaporator plate - a feature unique to Hoshizaki - that will provide more consistent ice production, and resist wear, tear, and flaking. This Hoshizaki ice machine operates with a 208-230 volt electrical hookup.
