The Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ is a quality ice machine for smaller foodservice establishments, fast food restaurants, and for those with mid to high level daily ice needs. It will however, require a suitable bin or ice dispenser to store the ice it creates. As a water cooled ice machine however, the KM-1301SWJ will consume and waste a good amount of water on a daily basis, causing your water bills to increase. Water cooled ice machines do however tend to produce ice more consistently in warmer environments and operate more quietly than air cooled ice machines. The KM-1301SWJ is a single phase unit that operates with a 208-230 volt electrical hookup. A three phase model is available if desired.
