The HFD-85 is a 31 1/2" wide countertop heated display case from Empura with 85 liter capacity on (2) shelves with adjustable divider rods.
There are independent heat and light controls for each shelf and an adjustable thermostat to set temperatures between 86 to 194 degrees F. The heated display case features a stainless steel exterior with tempered glass sides and it stands firmly on fixed rubber feet.
The HFD-85 heated display case is an electric unit that runs on 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 10 Amps for 1160 Watts.
