The EMSG-15 is a medium-duty gas griddle from Empura with a 15" x 27" x 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate and a 2 3/4" stainless steel splash guard.
The griddle is fully welded stainless and aluminized steel with 6" legs with adjustable bullet feet. There are manual chrome knobs on this griddle with visible on/off indicators.
The EMSG-15 griddle has a 3/4" NPT gas connection and it operates at 28,000 BTU/hr. The griddle ships as a Natural Gas unit and includes a kit to covert to Liquid Propane.
This griddle is ETL listed for the United States and Canada and it is ETL Sanitation certified.
