The Empura E-KPP44 is a 1-door pizza prep table with 12 cubic ft storage capacity that features an electronic thermostat for precise temperature control and a digital LED temperature display that is easy to read. There is a stainless steel raised pan rail with (6) 1/3 GN pans included with this pizza prep table and it has a 14.9" removable polyethylene cutting board.
The table has a 430 stainless steel top, front and sides with an aluminum back panel and a galvanized bottom. The pizza prep table has foam insulation that helps maintain temperatures between 33 to 41 degrees F.
There are 4" casters (lockable in front) included with this pizza prep table that are easy to mount.
The E-KPP44 pizza prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system and it operates with environmentally-friendly CFC free refrigerant. This pizza prep table runs at 115 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and it has a power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
This pizza prep table is certified to ANSI/NSF 7 standards, UL listed in the United States and Canada, and it is UL EPH certified.
