The E-DF-6L/2 is an electric heavy-duty stainless steel dual tank countertop deep fryer from Empura and each tank holds up to 6 liters of oil and can cook up to 15 lb per hour.
The deep fryer comes with a protective wire grate and 2 fryer baskets with collapsible heat-resistant handles. The fryer uses thermostatic controls to set temperatures from 120 to 375 degrees F.
The Empura E-DF-6L/2 countertop deep fryer runs on 120 Volts and 4.5 Amps for 1750 Watts per tank and each tank comes with a 6 ft grounded power cord.
