The Empura E-CTS-1800W is a Fresh Shot heavy-duty stainless steel countertop steamer with a 1/2 size pan that provides a quick shot of heat within seconds to instantly heat up your food with a simple push button operation.
The countertop steamer has a cast aluminum well and a stainless steel exterior with a black powder coated top. The self-contained water reservoir on this steamer holds up to 3 quarts of water and the unit can pre-heat in only 30 minutes.
The E-CTS-1800W countertop steamer runs on 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 15 Amps for 1800 Watts and it has a 4 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
The countertop steamer is CE listed.
